Sheldon Urges Passage of Highway Jobs Bill
In this speech on the Senate floor Senator Whitehouse talked about the need to pass the Senate's bipartisan Highway Transportation Bill. House Republicans were unable to pass their own long-term reauthorization, forcing a conference negotiation process which has been ongoing for over a month.
