POSTPONED: 1/22 Community Dinner

As much as I have been looking forward to tonight’s community dinner in South Kingstown, I’ve made the decision to postpone due to the recent snowstorm and anticipated icy conditions.

While our public officials have done a great job clearing the roads and getting life back to normal, we anticipate temperatures tonight to be in the single digits, which could make way for icy and dangerous conditions. My main priority is the safety of you and your family.

Listening to Rhode Islanders is one of the most important things I can do as your Senator, so you can count on me to reschedule a dinner in South Kingstown soon.

And if there is an issue with a federal agency that you were hoping to talk with me about this evening, you don’t have to wait. My constituent services team is available to help you at anytime.  Please visit this page to let us know how we can help.

Again, I was looking forward to meeting with you tonight, and while I am disappointed to postpone the dinner, I know I’ll be seeing you soon!

Stay safe out there and if you can, please check in on your elderly neighbors – they are especially vulnerable during these cold spells.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to call my Providence office at (401) 453-5294.
