Rhode Island's drinking water is traveling into some homes through pipes that were installed in the 1920's. In this Committee hearing, Sheldon shared a piece of Rhode Island 's water pipeline to demonstrate how badly we need new infrastructure. Sheldon also discussed the economic advantages of investing in new water infrastructure.
