Washington, DC – U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) today congratulated Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo on her confirmation as U.S. Secretary of Commerce. Raimondo was confirmed by the U.S. Senate in a bipartisan 84-15 vote.
