Senator Whitehouse is now accepting programmatic requests for Fiscal Year 2023. Requests must be submitted via electronic application by 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2022.
Submission of any programmatic request should not be construed as a guarantee that funding will be requested or awarded. Submission of requests does not constitute a binding commitment on any party nor a guarantee that said request will be funded from any federal agency through this process. Furthermore, the submission and review of applications will be carried out consistent with federal agency rules and regulations.
Entities submitting an application will be required to complete the questionnaire and given the opportunity to submit any additional documents that they would like to be included.
As noted above, all programmatic requests must be must be submitted by 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 18, 2022. This deadline may be extended pending the outcome of the Fiscal Year 2022 process. Requests may require additional updates upon release of the President’s budget.
